Taking Back our Community!...

Hello folks, this board (and I don't mean board of directors) is for posting history and updates.

As it is compiled, we will post it here for reading only.

Within the next few days we will begin posting a breakdown of what actually went on at our last meeting held on this past Saturday May 16, 2009.

Please come back and visit frequently, as we will be breaking it all down for all those that could not attend.

Some of the highlights to look forward to are:

Ron Kluge (President) denies another board member's (Noreen Gorka) motion to call a special meeting of the association members to re-vote on whether to keep security or not...

7 current lawsuits within the association...

One particular board member that continues to embarass herself (actually called another board member a "Bitch" right in front of everyone else, as well as the "Cant-deny-it" camera...not exactly the appropriate behavior of someone wanting to do something positive for the community...

Questionable safety of the Pool---Recreation chairperson stated she and her children would not be using the pool...also recommended that pool be closed, not only for safety, but to save the community well over an estimated $45,000 dollars to repair it correctly...

Where's are money going???...

Legal fees, legal fees and more legal fees...

"Ron, you're not the Boss of me!" Ron denies rights of an association member to object to something stated by another board member...

Folks...lets face it! We need more in attendance at all the meetings. For every person that does not attend equals to a person basically saying it is okay for the board to continue mismanaging our community, and spending our money on pointless lawsuits.

A classic example of this sadness was demonstrated when at the last meeting held on April 25th, every single member of the security committee was present including the newly appointed chairperson, who ironically announced at that meeting that he wanted his signature removed from the Security "Fair vote" petition. I can not be sure if this was a prerequisite for joining the security committee, but lets be real...why did he sign the "Fair vote" petition in the first place. Hmmmm???    If they are able to contact these folks and have them all attend, we should be able to also reach out to you all and have you attend.

As I mentioned above, come back often to this board for updates.

Thanks,

David
